Kim-Elisha Proctor - Executive Coach

Executive Coaching

Leadership development for senior leaders ready to meet what the moment is asking of them.

Philosophy

Leadership is an inside job.

The patterns that limit you as a leader aren't usually skill gaps. They're the places where who you are and what you believe about yourself runs up against what the moment is asking of you.

My work starts there. In that gap.

I partner with experienced leaders across tech, product, engineering, and HR to develop the clarity, courage, and self-awareness that strategy alone can't provide.

Over 20 years inside companies like IBM, HP, PayPal, eBay, and Glassdoor taught me that the leaders who grow the most aren't necessarily the most intelligent or talented. They're the ones willing to see themselves clearly, and willing to change.

That's what coaching makes possible.

The engagement

What Coaching Looks Like.

Every engagement begins with a thorough intake, including individual interviews and assessments that give us both a grounded, whole-person picture of where you are and what's getting in the way. From there, we build a coaching plan rooted in what matters.

Bi-weekly sessions are designed for depth. We move between strategic challenges and the inner patterns shaping them, because you can't separate the two. Between sessions, I offer practices, reflections, and curated reading. When something urgent comes up, I'm available by text or call.

This isn't a program you complete. It's a relationship you grow through.

360 Assessment

Leadership Circle Profile

For leaders and teams ready to bring external data into the coaching process, I offer a structured 360° feedback engagement using the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) — a rigorously researched assessment that maps leadership effectiveness across 29 competencies.

The LCP distinguishes between the creative behaviors that enable leadership impact and the reactive tendencies that work against it. The data is often clarifying in a way that subjective feedback rarely is — and the coaching that follows turns that clarity into a focused development path.

I partner with organizations to administer the LCP, guide leaders through a structured debrief, and provide ongoing coaching to move from insight to meaningful, lasting change.

What Clients Have Said

"I enjoyed the opportunity to work with someone so warm and intuitive who also has a firm grasp on the specific difficulties facing women in leadership positions."

I was fortunate to meet Kim-Elisha and work with her as an Executive Coach  and found her methods to be insightful, personal, and focused. I’d never had the privilege of this kind of support before working with her, and would encourage anyone contemplating either a move towards greater capacity building or deeper personal inquiry to work with Kim-Elisha directly. I continue to refer back to some of the visioning work we practiced in order to check on my goals and personal and professional trajectory.

"Inquisitive. Compassionate. Focused."

I had never worked with a coach, so my expectations were minimal.  I found this process exceeded my expectations.  It was participatory rather than instructive allowing me to arrive at my own conclusions and / or change my mind / opinion in the process.  It also was structured enough to focus discipline on a topic that I would have just delayed addressing.
