  • You continuously receive the same feedback. What you've tried isn't working and you are frustrated.

  • You and your team are being asked to do more with less. They aren't rising to meet the challenge. You want to help them work together better but don't know where to start.

  • You lack the passion and excitement you once did. You aren't doing your best and on top of that, you are tired. Something needs to change.

  • You are ready for a change. You need a trusted partner to get clarity on what's next and matters most.

How it works

Executive Coaching Program

Every coaching engagement is tailored to your unique goals, context, and stage of leadership. Through individual interviews and assessments, Kim-Elisha gains a holistic understanding of your strengths and areas of development. From there, you'll work one-on-one to develop a coaching plan rooted in what matters most.

Coaching Sessions

Bi-weekly 50- or 90-minute sessions form the foundation of our work together—creating space for reflection, strategic thinking, and meaningful growth.

Guided Practices

Transformation extends beyond our conversations. Tailored practices, reflections, and curated readings sustain momentum between sessions.

Accountability

Regular check-ins ensure you stay on track with commitments, maintain focus on what matters most, and build lasting new habits.

Support

Reach out via text or email at any time. Schedule just-in-time calls when urgent challenges arise and you need a thought partner.

What Clients Have Said

"I enjoyed the opportunity to work with someone so warm and intuitive who also has a firm grasp on the specific difficulties facing women in leadership positions."

I was fortunate to meet Kim-Elisha and work with her as an Executive Coach  and found her methods to be insightful, personal, and focused. I’d never had the privilege of this kind of support before working with her, and would encourage anyone contemplating either a move towards greater capacity building or deeper personal inquiry to work with Kim-Elisha directly. I continue to refer back to some of the visioning work we practiced in order to check on my goals and personal and professional trajectory.

"Inquisitive. Compassionate. Focused."

I had never worked with a coach, so my expectations were minimal.  I found this process exceeded my expectations.  It was participatory rather than instructive allowing me to arrive at my own conclusions and / or change my mind / opinion in the process.  It also was structured enough to focus discipline on a topic that I would have just delayed addressing.
