Kim-Elisha Proctor, MSOD (she/her)

Kim-Elisha Proctor is an HR leader, organizational consultant, and executive coach helping leaders and organizations meet complexity with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

Organizational performance and human dignity belong together. What an organization achieves and how it treats people are not competing priorities. Her clients are leaders who want both.

She has partnered with leaders across tech, product, engineering, and HR at companies including IBM, HP, PayPal, eBay, and Glassdoor, working at every level from new managers to the C-suite.

Kim-Elisha holds an MS in Organization Development and is completing an AI course at MIT. Her current body of work, Conscious AI Adaptation, examines what leadership requires when technology changes faster than culture and what is owed to the humans in the middle of it.
